Speakers: Dave Orensten, Director, Litigation at Starbucks Corporation where he leads the company in a variety of areas, such as commercial, real estate, intellectual property, antitrust, premises liability, discrimination, and accessibility, as well as advising the business on litigation risk.

 

Kenneth Dintzer, Partner at Crowell & Moring in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Group and former DOJ senior trial counsel and first chair on the government’s successful case against Google.
