Step away from your desk and join ACC members for a fulfilling day of garden work. Bring your family and friends for this rewarding outdoor community experience!

When:
October 18, 2025, at 10 am – 2 pm

What:
1. Nurturing the California Native Plant Garden – weeding, seed collection, planting bladderpods
2. Saving the Monarchs - milkweed seed harvesting and milkweed garden tending
3. Beautifying and Protecting the Garden - planting berm edge
4. Circle of Life - clipping pruned tree clipping for compost prep

*LA Green Grounds is located on the east end/adjacent to Good Earth Community Garden. It is an unfenced garden. Plenty of street parking is available.

Wear/Bring:
- Closed-toe, sturdy shoes
- Long-sleeve shirt and pants
- Hat - Sunscreen
- Gloves
- Water in reusable bottles
- (if you have) Weeding hand tools
- (optional) Snack for yourself

To participate, attendees must accept the terms and conditions listed below and complete the Green Ground LAGG Release of Liability Waiver.

Please submit the LAGG waiver while registering for this event. It only takes a few minutes to complete and submit online.
