This CLE session is specifically designed for in-house legal departments, focusing on the unique challenges and responsibilities faced by corporate counsel when preparing company representatives to give sworn statements or testimony. The program will cover various forms of testimony, including deposition testimony, courtroom testimony, affidavits, declarations, third-party subpoenas, and other statements made under oath.
Participants will learn best practices for preparing witnesses within a corporate context, ensuring that testimony is both accurate and ethically sound. The session will address the nuances of different types of testimony and provide strategies for navigating the ethical dilemmas that may arise in a corporate setting. This CLE aims to equip in-house legal professionals with the tools needed to uphold the integrity of the legal process while effectively representing their companies.

Once in the garage, pull a ticket and the gate will open. V&E will validate parking. Park anywhere in the garage NOT MARKED "Reserved" or "Electronic Vehicle" spaces. Once in the garage elevator, push "L" for the lobby and you will be brought inside the Indeed Tower building. Please check-in with security - they will have your name on file and will give you access to the 25th floor.
