Ryan has particular expertise representing private equity funds and real estate investment trusts in their acquisition, development, and disposition of properties in all asset classes, with a particular focus on multifamily, office, and hotels. His commitment to understanding not only the legal issues, but also the underlying business objectives that his clients face, allows him to offer meaningful and practical advice. Ryan also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in the context of high-value industrial, office, and retail leases.
