Virtual
Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastPlease join Pierce Atwood employment attorneys, Katherine Porter and Taylor Johnson, for an interactive virtual presentation regarding harassment and discrimination in the workplace, specifically tailored to the role of in-house counsel.
This webinar will assume that participants have been to an H&D training before and can recognize unwelcome harassment and discrimination when they see it or hear about it.
We will begin with 5-10 minutes of H&D basics, but spend most of our time together discussing nuanced and complicated discrimination and harassment hypotheticals based on real-world scenarios. Throughout this discussion, we will highlight emerging H&D trends based on the evolving legal landscape and sociopolitical environments, and provide guidance to attendees on how best to spot, address, and avoid H&D claims.
