Join us for a two-part experience: a CLE session on Privacy Compliance and Litigation, followed by an informal Q&A aboard a Duffy boat.

Eighteen months ago, regulators and plaintiffs’ counsel hardly went beyond the surface when analyzing a company’s privacy practices and procedures.
