Drawing on decades of experience, Nossaman’s insurance coverage attorneys will describe the claims process highlighting ways to troubleshoot roadblocks and to position your claim for coverage.  We will then shift our focus to how to deal with a denial of coverage from your insurer.   Our presentation will include hypotheticals that address disputes about selection of counsel, defense counsel rates, control of settlement, and allocation of claims.
