David Cardona, COO and General Counsel, Strangeworks David Cardona, the COO & General Counsel at Strangeworks, has a wealth of experience in the legal and corporate world. Previously, David held roles as Vice President at Goldman Sachs, General Counsel at Honest Dollar, Attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and Briefing Attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Their educational background includes a B.A. in International Studies from Southwestern University and a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law.
Gilbert Perales, General Counsel, Siete Foods Gilbert Perales serves as General Counsel at Siete Family Foods, a fast-growing food and beverage company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Austin. In this role, he is a key member of the Legal Department, providing counsel on a wide range of corporate and business matters. Gilbert holds a law degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and brings international perspective and deep legal expertise to his work.
Kim Vo, Corporate Vice President, Chief IP Officer, AMD Kim is the lead counsel for CTO and Technology & Engineering organization. Her responsibilities include Cybersecurity, Government Contracting, negotiating agreements, esp. licensing and development agreements, and client counseling on other matters to help engineering build great products.
Jennifer Wuamett, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance Secretary and Chief Sustainability Officer, NXP Semiconductors Jennifer Wuamett is executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary and chief sustainability officer of NXP Semiconductors, and the president of NXP USA, Inc. She is responsible for worldwide legal, governance, compliance and intellectual property matters for NXP.
