Asia remains a key driver of the global economy. Asia contributes approximately 36% of global GDP in nominal terms and over 46% in purchasing power parity (PPP) terms. While the region is projected to grow its GDP by more than 4% in 2025, conducting business across this diverse region is becoming increasingly complex. Shifting trade policies and intensified regulation—driven by persistent corporate scandals, rapidly changing technologies, and global geopolitical tensions—continues to shape the current legal and compliance landscape.
