A program hosted by:
ACC Research Triangle AreaLed by Tucker Idol, an M&A and Equity Finance partner at K&L Gates, LLP, the presentation and Q&A session will cover effective negotiation and communication strategies with opposing counsel and other counterparties. We’ll discuss what we ask for, why we want it, and how to ask for it, simple techniques for building rapport and creating collaboration, and strategies in-house counsel can use to manage internal stakeholders and balance risk in negotiations. We look forward to a lively group discussion of tips, trick, best practices, and resources for future growth!
