This will be an exciting look into how in-house counsel and outside law firms can work together in novel ways in Product Counseling. Josh Morales, from Reality Labs at Meta, will introduce Product Counseling, its history, the challenges, and launch timelines as well as coordination between in-house legal counsel and Packaging, Compliance, Product Safety, Privacy, Trade, and other legal teams. Will Cannon, Partner at Parker Poe, and Josh Morales, will delve into the new approach to in-house and outside counsel collaboration, touching on Secondment vs. Deployment, how to develop creative partnerships with law firms for speed & efficiency, as well as how to better engage with outside counsel.
