The AI-Act, Data Act, Digital Services Act, NIS2 and many more Digital Regulations have been designed to deal with an increasing digitization of society. What to expect from these digital regulations and how can legal teams prepare their organizations for an efficient implementation?

During this workshop, featuring Katie Woodcock from Nike, we will focus on the new legal landscape  that companies are facing today. Alongside Jan-Jan Lowijs, Simone Pelkmans and Sebastiaan ter Wee, Deloitte's Digital Regulations leaders, compliance challenges, such as governance and risk appetite will be discussed. Furthermore, they will offer insights from their (advisory) work and provide guidance on performing applicability and gap assessments.

Designed to be interactive, the workshop invites active participant engagement to ensure a practical understanding of the regulations and strategies for compliance.

Speakers:

  • Katie Woodcock, Senior Director & Assistant General Counsel, Nike Privacy & Security
  • Jan-Jan Lowijs, Director, Deloitte Risk Advisory Cyber Risk & TMT
