Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Australia

In today’s dynamic, and often challenging, economic environment, in-house teams are under increasing pressure to perform the seemingly impossible – to reduce cost and risk, while optimising long-term value; to shift from “cost centre” to “revenue generator”, and with minimal (if any) additional resources.

The Managing Legal Cost and Risk CDP session will explore industry trends and practical ways for businesses to limit risk and cost while extracting maximum value and cashflow from a notoriously underutilised class of business assets: the company’s available claims and unenforced entitlements.

When every aspect of the business is innovating to do more with less – is this an opportunity to approach claims a little differently too?

Join us for this practical and engaging workshop focused on developing and implementing effective claim management and optimisation strategies. Seats will be limited, so register now to reserve your place.
