Countdown to Compliance: Navigating FinCEN’s Beneficial Ownership Reporting Obligations by Year-End

With a January 1, 2025 compliance deadline looming, business entities must understand their compliance obligations under the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Rule, promulgated under the Corporate Transparency Act.
