As artificial intelligence (AI) technology continues to evolve and become more sophisticated, employees are embracing its potential to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and streamline operations. The potential risks and ethical implications surrounding AI use, however, cannot be ignored. This CLE presentation offers practical guidance for in-house counsel seeking to establish policies to govern the use of AI tools and ensure such tools are leveraged responsibly.
