This program will discuss:

• A Brief Overview Regarding Conducting a thorough Internal Investigation
• Making Voluntary Disclosures to Government Agencies, including State and Federal Prosecutors
  and the IRS
• Recovering Funds and Monetizing Judgments Obtained, Including Restitution, Civil Litigation,
  Settlement Agreements and Insurance Claims
• Terminating Employees, Agents and Taking Other Disciplinary Action
• Review the Effectiveness of Board Oversight and Executive Management Action
• Reviewing and Updating your Corporate Compliance Program, Including Risk Areas
• Review Your Insurance Policies to Ensure that Coverage is Adequate
• Defending a corporation and its executive officers in a criminal investigation with close attention to
  ethical considerations of effective representation
• Discussion of the Justice Department’s Principles of Prosecution for corporations and individuals.
