8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. "Preparing for and Embracing Changing Legal Careers” hosted by Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP
Legal careers change for women and being proactive regarding change will place you in the best position when a change happens. The panel will discuss tips and practices for staying marketable in this turbulent legal market. Women change career course for many reasons. No matter what stage of career you are in, there are steps you can take at your current position to springboard you to your next position.

9:40 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. "Cultivating and Maintaining Mentor Relationships in a Hybrid Work Environment” hosted by Blank Rome
This session is for those of you feeling disconnected from colleagues as we work in this hybrid world. We will provide examples of how we have bridged this gap for ourselves and provide space for attendees to troubleshoot and brainstorm a problem. Hopefully you will leave this session with a new mentor or mentee, or at least some new perspective on an issue that’s on your mind.

10:50 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. "Ethical Issues Arising in Internal Investigations” hosted by Duane Morris
The panel will discuss best practices for avoiding and dealing with ethical issues that inevitably arise in the course of an internal investigation, including, but not limited to, deciding to retain outside counsel and who outside counsel will report to, obtaining separate counsel for employees, giving appropriate Upjohn warnings to employees, privilege issues, gathering evidence from personal devices, cooperating with government agencies and entering into joint defense agreements.

11:50 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Lunch & Presentation
"As If This Isn’t Uncomfortable Enough: Multigenerational Challenges for Women in the Profession & How You Can Help” hosted by Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhodes

From pay equity to representation in leadership to harassment and bias – women face a seemingly endless parade of professional hurdles in the workforce. Hear from our three panelists about the challenges they have faced in their legal careers, how their firms and companies and supported them, and how they in turn have supported one another.

1:10 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. “Build Your Legacy Now – It’s Not Just After You’re Gone” hosted by Dechert LLP
This interactive session, led by Jan Levine, former lawyer and now Executive and Leadership Coach will explore what “legacy” means, women’s effect on the next generation, and how to create how you want to be remembered.

2:20 p.m. - 3:20 p.m. “What Would You Do?” hosted by Faegre Drinker
This interactive session will focus on a number of scenarios that professional women encounter throughout the course of their career and will include a discussion of the reasons why women may choose one path over the other at any given time.

3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Reception & Closing Presentation “Getting to Know You…in 5 Minutes: Speed Networking” hosted by Cozen O’Connor
Join Cozen O’Connor for a speed networking session facilitated by Sarah Schlossberg, chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative and a member of the Commercial Litigation Department.
