It’s 2023 and you can’t blink without reading about AI. No workplace is getting by without it, be it for optimization of hiring, promotion, improving productivity, gaging productivity and more.

In 2023 employees have privacy rights in California and NYC and they are spreading throughout New York State as well.

In this interactive session we will discuss:
-  New and upcoming uses of AI in the workplace
-  The AI regulatory landscape in the US
-  The NYC AEDT Bias law (Local law 144)
-  The NYS bills on employee surveillance
-  How the new privacy laws affect your use of AI and the California CPRA AI draft regulations
-  What are things you need to do now

Participants will receive (1) NY CLE credit in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Data Protection – General (suitable for transitional and non-transitional attorneys).
