The program will focus on the current legal landscape of DEI in the workplace. Our discussion will assist in providing an understanding of (1) the recent cases challenging DEI practices, (2) what employers need to be looking at internally in terms of their DEI programs, (3) how employers can best mitigate risk while pursuing their DEI efforts and goals in the current climate.
