Balancing business interests and associated antitrust risks can be challenging sometimes. Creative solutions may be needed to fully unlock opportunities potential while remaining within the limits of competition law. Our speakers will answer questions and share their experience of advisory work for clients that are facing an investigation by competition authorities, need to comply with new EU regulations or simply need to perform an internal assessment of certain practices or intended actions (e.g. rebates, agreements, transactions, subsidies, complaints).
