Program Description: 

The “reasonableness” of your organization’s cybersecurity practices is never more highly scrutinized than after a security incident. Take time with our cybersecurity legal team as they walk through a post-incident analysis of cybersecurity safeguards and recommended best practices. Using the lessons of other organizations, we will build a checklist of next steps to protect yours.
