Now more than ever, employers must be vigilant about understanding the current regulatory landscape of both enacted and proposed employment laws in New York state. The panel which will include Michael Schmidt, vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, and Brett Rawitz, Employee Relations Lead and Special Counsel at Dentsu International, will discuss how employers are adapting to New York becoming a heavy regulated state.
