ACC South CarolinaNavigating internal investigations is a complex process with a multitude of variables that can significantly impact the outcome for your organizations. Please join Wyche and the Association of Corporate Counsel for a thought-provoking CLE as we walk through the key aspects of this process from the initial response, to preserving evidence, to the ethics of an investigation. Wyche attorneys Camden Navarro Massingill, Jim May (former federal prosecutor), and Wallace Lightsey will share insights on these topics. A panel discussion moderated by Wyche attorney Meliah Bowers Jefferson will follow with behind-the-scenes perspectives from Emily Limehouse, U.S. Attorney’s Office General Crimes Deputy Chief over Florence and Charleston, Troy Tessier, VP and Deputy General Counsel for Milliken, and Wyche attorney Wade Kolb.
