As AI tools are increasingly used to augment and enhance human creativity, companies and their in-house counsel are confronting both new opportunities and new and complex risks and challenges. We invite you to join us as we delve into and help navigate the core intellectual property issues arising from the development and use of generative AI tools. There will be a brief question-and-answer session following the presentation.
