Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC GeorgiaTroutman Pepper’s Appellate + Supreme Court practice will discuss the most important cases from the U.S. Supreme Court in the current term, including cert petitions to watch, constitutional law, elections, administrative agencies, labor & employment, business associations, intellectual property, and securities. The ACC Georgia Chapter welcomes Troutman Pepper, whose presenters, Justice Harold Melton, Misha Tseytlin, and Elizabeth Holt Andrews will provide an overview of what you can expect to see at the top of the news and discuss key litigation shaping the national dialogue this year.
CLE credit of 1.0 hour is being applied for and, if approved, will be submitted to the State Bar of Georgia for attendees licensed to practice in Georgia.
Attendance is limited to ACC members and their invited in-house counsel guests, as well as prospective ACC members. ACC membership is open to attorneys who practice law as in-house counsel employees of organizations and who do not hold themselves out to the public for the practice of law.
