December 1, 2023 In-Person GC/CLO Lunch Club

If you are a GC or CLO, we'd love to have you to join us for our next GC/CLO Lunch Club gathering of 2023. 

This luncheon discussion will discuss the future of restrictive covenants (RCs) for employees (for example, non-competes, non-solicits, etc.).  The NLRB has issued strong negative opinions, the FTC has proposed a rule banning RCs, several states are limiting RCs, and California has a new law declaring RCs “illegal” and further requiring employers to deliver notice to employees revoking RCs.  

There is no charge for GC/CLO chapter members to attend this luncheon, but pre-registration is required.
