The panel will provide a detailed overview of Government Accountability Office and U.S. Court of Federal Claims case law that highlight common mistakes made by offerors that frequently result in their proposals not being selected for award.  The panel will also discuss strategies for companies to employ to maximize their chances for a contract award.
