ACC NCR Labor and Employment 2022 Year-in-Review and Expectations for 2023

For employment lawyers, the big question for 2022 is: Is this the “new normal?” This includes all aspects of the remote work experience, including the potential application of state laws that never applied to the employer before. We will also discuss federal and state legislative updates, review relevant Supreme Court decisions including employers’ options and responses to the Dobbs decision, litigation trends coming out of the pandemic, and what to expect in 2023.
