Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC National Capital RegionThe Inclusion, Equity & Diversity (IE&D) space has always been in a constant state of flux. The employer community, both globally and domestically, continues to traverse the narrow path of developing and maintaining legally compliant IE&D programs especially as the terrain continues to shift beneath their feet with emergent issues such as pay equity and pay transparency, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, ESG reporting, affirmative action, and IE&D focused litigation. The foundation appears even more perilous in the US specifically in light of recent and pending Supreme Court decisions.
In this session, we will delve into these evolving and complex issues and provide attendees with a better vantage point for which to take their IE&D initiatives into 2024.
Presented by Joon Hwang, Brandon Mita and Bethany Ingle, Shareholders at Littler Mendelson, and Zarra Elias, Assistant General Counsel at Moffitt Cancer Center.
1.5 Hours of VA MCLE pending.
