ACC NCR: Employment Issues in M&A Transactions

Identifying and managing labor and employment issues is key to a successful merger or acquisition transaction. During this presentation, we will cover important employment-related legal issues the parties to a transaction must consider, such as pending litigation risks, WARN obligations, non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, potential union successorship, immigration compliance, wage and hour compliance, compensation arrangements, and existing personnel policies and procedures among other issues.
