ACC NCR: The Buy American Act (BAA), Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and Other Recent Domestic Preference Regimes

Join us as we discuss the Buy American Act, focusing specifically on how it applies to federal procurements and how the statute and its implementing regulations have changed in recent years.  The panel will also explore the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which creates exceptions to the BAA but also prohibits the delivery of products from certain countries. 

Finally, the panelists will discuss recently-enacted domestic preference regimes, such as the domestic content requirements of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the domestic content requirements for certain tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act.
