ACC National Capital RegionWith the rise in pay transparency and pay reporting laws, class action lawsuits, activist shareholder proposals, and SEC pay disclosure requirements likely on the horizon, employers need to ensure they are in compliance with a patchwork of new laws and consider whether and how they will communicate their pay philosophy.
In this session, we will cover changes from this past year in state pay equity, transparency, and data reporting laws. We will also briefly discuss potential changes to SEC pay disclosure requirements and provide real-world examples of how shareholder proposals have led to pay disclosure requirements.
DMV employers will want to join this session for a discussion of best practices and recommendations for navigating all of these issues and to learn practical tips for reviewing and improving pay equity.
