From changes to the Buy American Act, to inflation, to small business past performance eligibility, it was another busy and dynamic year for government contracts lawyers. We also saw important decisions relating to the False Claims Act, proposal timeliness, and COVID’s impacts on contract obligations. The panel will review the key cases and laws and regulations from 2022, as well as look ahead to how the major events of 2022 are likely to impact government contracts law into 2023 and beyond.
