Wendy Zimbone, founding partner of Talem IP Law, specializes in IP licensing, IP strategy, and contract negotiations. She drafts and negotiates license agreements, development agreements, research agreements, SaaS agreements, hosting agreements, manufacturing/supplier agreements, and other commercial contracts. Her practice emphasizes the importance of intellectual property in overall business strategy and technology commercialization. She has assisted many clients in getting their technology to the marketplace and maximizing the value in the IP they create.

Sean Combs – Senior Associate Patent Attorney – Talem IP Law

Sean is a Senior Associate Patent Attorney at Talem. Sean works to provide patent protection on a wide variety of technology including mechanical, energy, environmental, and software related inventions, as well as prosecuting trademark applications, drafting IP licensing agreements, and protecting IP through trade secret protection strategies. He assists clients in identifying which of these various modes of IP protection best suit the technology that needs protected by providing IP strategy to clients.
