Leadership Lessons from the GC-Suite
In any company, the legal department strives to be a strategic partner across all business units. In turn, business leaders are expecting their legal departments to be more engaged beyond just the legal work and continuously challenge in-house counsel to adapt to growing and changing demands. In this program, our speakers will share examples of ways in which they have proactively aligned with company executives to support the business units, while sharing some of their challenges and new-found opportunities.
