Join ACC MN colleagues for a late-afternoon CLE program in the West Metro on Thursday, January 26, 2023.
Join Maslon Partners Shauro Bagchi and Shawn McIntee for a robust presentation on the legal issues, risks, and considerations attendant to cloud-based platforms, services, and storage—drawn from their developed niche working extensively for software and cloud computing companies (or companies purchasing such services). The presentation will cover issues including liability for copyright infringement, data breaches, security violations, privacy and HIPAA violations, data loss, data management, electronic discovery (“e-discovery”), hacking, cybersecurity, and many other complex issues that can lead to complex litigation and regulatory matters before courts and agencies in the United States.
Admission is free and open to ACC members (and to in-house counsel first-time guests). 1.0 Standard CLE credit is pending in Minnesota.
