Use of M&A Insurance Solutions to Improve Deal Outcomes

The use of M&A (primarily Representation & Warranty Insurance, or RWI) has changed the manner in which M&A transactions are protected. The use of other M&A Insurance solutions such as tax insurance and litigation buyout insurance have also increased in usage. We will explore how these solutions are used on transactions. We will also discuss what we have seen with respect to claims activity on RWI policies.
