A program hosted by:

ACC San Diego

We are deep into another year of lawmaking in the California legislature, and, as usual, a number of significant employment-related bills are currently making their way through the Assembly and Senate. Join Tia Butler and Katie McCray to learn about the bills that may become law in 2022 and how they could change employers’ obligations in the coming year. Tia and Katie will provide updates on the status of key bills and outline ways employers may wish to prepare for potential upcoming changes.
