Kim Lucia and Jim McNairy will address the sometimes thorny subject of joint representation of a corporate employer and one or more of its employees named as defendants in civil litigation. Kim and Jim will also discuss the critical ethical considerations associated with employment investigations, including the scope of the attorney-client privilege and protecting that privilege.
