This CLE program will address a variety of risk issues corporate counsel should be aware of, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters and related disclosure issues, and officer and director liability exposure; OFAC’s sanctions program, including its application, investigations, and civil and criminal liability exposure; and managing risk by proactive coordination between the general counsel’s office and various other functions within the company.
