Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC GeorgiaThe ACC Georgia Chapter welcomes Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP whose attorneys, Scott Rafshoon and Daniel Delnero, will present “Contract Drafting – Tips and Tricks to Avoid Traps”. This program will examine some of the most important provisions that in-house attorneys should consider when drafting commercial contracts. We will focus on the mundane, but critical – confidentiality, choice of law, authority to contract – as well as the more complicated like indemnification and arbitration. This will be presented from the perspective of a contract drafter as well as a litigator.
