Happy 4th Anniversary, Massachusetts Non-Compete Law! 

On October 1, 2018, the Massachusetts Non-Competition Act took effect, and employers and practitioners scrambled to interpret and modify non-competition agreements from that point forward.  But what has the impact been to-date and what does enforcement really look like?
