Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Southern California
This 60-minute CLE program will discuss tricky issues in-house counsel may confront when their organization is conducting an internal investigation. The interactive program will provide case studies and real-life examples of when ethical concerns and even criminal exposure have resulted from behavior during internal investigations. The program will outline best practices and offer practical tips on what to do (and what not to do) when conducting an internal investigation, dealing with the government, and managing corporate crises.
