To Legal Hold, or Not To Legal Hold. Implementation, Management and Termination

This presentation will discuss: LEGAL HOLD BASICS including what is a legal hold, the history of legal holds and why they are important.  What is a Triggering Event?  Developing a reasonable legal hold plan and what the legal hold notice should contain.  Who should receive the legal hold and samples of legal hold notice letters.  The program will identify how to manage the hold and producing data for discovery as well as how to end the hold.
