Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC Western PennsylvaniaFrom phishing attacks to ransomware, organizations of all sizes have been targets of cyberattacks. Some of the largest breaches on record, in fact, spawned from a smaller company (tied to the true ‘target’ through commercial operations) being attacked as a jumping off point for the larger target. Following a security incident, legal liability often follows – ranging from the loss of customer or employee personal information to the breach of contracts that call for certain security measures to be in place.
Join this interactive session, led by an ACC member and a security expert, as we explore the common means of attack, methods used to investigate and remediate such attacks, and preventative measures that should be considered. And feel free to have your organization’s CIO, CISO, or technical staff join in the session.
This event will be held in person at The Frick Building, Tenant Innovation Center, 437 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and also via webinar.
