If you are a GC or CLO, we'd love to have you to join us for our next IN-PERSON GC/CLO Lunch Club gathering of 2022.  This time, we will be meeting in Wilmington, Delaware, in the Christina Room,  just off the lobby of the elegant Hotel duPont.

The luncheon discussion will be moderated by Darshak S. Dholakia, a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Dechert LLP.  Our discussion will focus on the practical impact of recent global sanctions against Russia and other countries, and a preview of what sanctions-related actions might be next.  We look forward to seeing you there!
