The prospect of a cyber incident requires every organization to be prepared and then respond effectively. In today's environment this has never been more critical, as 68% of business leaders feel their cybersecurity risks are increasing. Planning how to properly manage an attack before, during and after it occurs, is key to avoiding a full-blown cyber crisis. McCarthy Tetrault's Cyber/Data Group highlights the importance of coordinating multiple teams, functions and skill sets, and the roles each play in preparing for and containing an attack.

This program qualifies for up to 1.5 hours of CPD credit under the Law Society of Ontario's mandatory CPD Regime.

This event is free of charge and open to in-house counsel who are practicing lawyers who are current members of a provincial law society; however, you must RSVP to attend. Please RSVP by no later than Friday, January 21, 2022.

ACC Ontario reserves the right to review all registrations for eligibility. In-house counsel must be ACC members or meet ACC membership eligibility. Please click here for further details.
