Companies as Victims of Internal Crimes: Internal Investigations Can Make a Critical Difference

Description:

Butler Snow attorney Jim Letten will discuss the specific actions in-house attorneys should take when conducting internal investigations. He will share how the right actions and good investigations can make a difference in helping protect companies against government investigations, deter internal crimes, and recover losses. Prior to joining Butler Snow, Jim was the longest continuously serving US Attorney in the nation, with almost 12 years of continuous service as the top prosecutor for New Orleans/Southeast Louisiana, and with more than 30 years overall prosecutorial experience at the Department of Justice.
