Alex Grande

Alex advises clients through all phases of the employment relationship from hiring to termination, guiding them through state and federally regulated workforce compliance issues. She represents employers in court and before state and federal agencies to resolve claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. In addition, she provides counsel on employment-related documents and policies, including employment and separation agreements, compliance matters, and employee handbooks.

Sarrie Devorre

Sarrie Devore is VP, Employment Law at Albertsons Companies, Inc. (ACI).  She has served in this role since August 2021 and provides employment counseling and strategic support to the leaders and HR teams for approximately 10,000 ACI corporate associates. In addition, she manages ACI’s employment-related class action litigation matters. Prior to her role with ACI, Sarrie was Assistant General Counsel – Employment at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.  Sarrie earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and relocated to the Boise area in early 2022.
