Join us for a delightful evening of conversation and fabulous food with Chef Sam Hart of Charlotte's famed restaurant, Counter. Known for his attention to detail, creative food pairings, off-the-wall ideas and his focus on sustainable local food, Chef Sam will be in NYC for one-night-only to dazzle us with his culinary confidence.

We will begin at 6:00 p.m. with appetizers and wine, which will be followed by the cooking demonstration and the opportunity to savor his delicious edible creations from 6:45 - 8:00 p.m.

Be sure to register early for this event - capacity is limited!

ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Sam Hart is the Chef/Owner of Counter, the world's first musically paired tasting menu restaurant. Over the past 18 months Counter has produced 25 different international themed menus, and over 280 unique dishes. Chef Sam has worked at multiple Michelin starred restaurants including the famed 3-Star Alinea. 

By 30, Chef Sam has overtaken the Charlotte food scene and has won multiple awards in his city and regionally.
